On behalf of my client I am writing to share how delighted she was with the baby box that was presented to her today. She has asked that I let you know that the help and support has been greatly appreciated and would like to send her warmest thanks to those that put the box together. It will be hugely beneficial to her when her baby arrives. My client was particularly emotional when she opened the knitted cardigan, as she understood the time and effort what must have sone into making it. Our warmest thanks. Alison Manley Family Support Worker Harvey Girls, East Staffordshire Family Support & Dads4Dads Received from Family Support Worker Harvey Girls Family Hub about the Christmas Gift Boxes and an Emergency Box “The staff have said the Christmas gifts were fabulous, really age appropriate and welcomed by all of the families. All in all a great success.” “Also from the parcel I collected yesterday. “ “The family were overwhelmed with joy and said they “felt blessed that they are getting such kind support” “ “What a great reaction, so once again thank you.” A hand-made card from the Pathway Project children Received from a Community Food Project Support Worker, South Derbyshire CVS about am Emergency Box I would like to thank you on behalf of the family you have supported with a baby pack yesterday. I was able to hand the bag over to the family this morning and it was received with big smiles. It was lovely to witness Thank you so much. Received from the parents of a newborn baby boy in South Derbyshire who had been given an Emergency Box. “We would love to say from the bottom of our hearts how thankful and greatful we to everyone that was involved in helping put together or organize the charity baby bag.” “It has been a major help in helping us start up our little family, it's brought genuine tears to our eyes knowing there is such lovely caring such as yourselves out there.” “Again from the bottom of our hearts thank you so very much, we will be forever grateful. This is the the little baby boy you've all been so generous towards.” Unfortunately we can’t share the photograph of the baby - but take our word for it - he really is adorable! A thank you card from a young mum who had received a Birthday Gift Box for her little boy I have received a text from a mother, I gave one of the baby girl boxes to, thanking the Young Ones for all their hard work and the effort they have gone to in contributing to this special occasion. The box was given to her by her eldest daughter, to help make her feel part of the new baby’s arrival. They opened the box together and were delighted with the lovely items so carefully chosen. It was even more special as it was a personal moment that was shared between mother and daughter that they were both truly grateful for. Part of our job is to unite families and I would like The Young Ones to know of the contribution they have made in bonding this family. Many thanks Alison Manley Family Support Worker Harvey Girls, East Staffordshire Family Support & Dads4Dads
